How Does It Work

Step 1

It All Starts With A Design Consultation

We are honored by your desire for a custom Aaron Robert Jewelry Studio Jewel. Truly custom designed and hand made jewelry takes time and attention. For this reason we produce a limited amount of pieces every year. Please fill out the consultation form below. You will be contacted within 48 hours of your inquiry.

Step 2

Meeting & Design Consultation

Schedule your meeting and design consultation with Aaron. This can be done at a local restaurant or cafe in the Columbus Metropolitan area or done remotely by phone and video conference. Most of Aaron Robert jewels are made through an entirely remote process.

Select Stone & Finalize Your Design

Based on your desired preference you will be presented with the finest stone choices to pick from.  With that you will also be shown a couple design concepts.  These designs can be further refined to your liking until your final decision has been made.

Show Off Your Jewel

Over the following 4-6 weeks we will build your design in our Ohio studio. It is always a joy to hand a new piece to its wearer but you can rest easy knowing your piece can be shipped overnight and fully insured to any destination.

Time Line

Some smaller projects take about 3-4 weeks in CAD/Wax Custom pieces; commonly 4-6 weeks in from the Consultation, Design, and Hand-Built Jewelry Process Pieces. Design time varies, but give yourself enough time to enjoy the process, we are confident you’ll enjoy it and have lasting memories!

Pricing, Estimates & Payments

Verbal estimates are approximations only; all firm estimates will be given in writing and are valid for 30 days

  • All pricing will have center & major side stones priced out separately. Small diamond melee (under .10 ct.) is generally included in all pricing.
  • Estimates on projects that have already started will not be changed without prior notification and approval from the customer, unless the customer pauses production for more than 6 months.
  • We require a 50% deposit on custom work and full payment on major gemstones before starting work.
  • We accept credit cards for any amount if presented in person.
  • For online purchases, chat with your designer about payments.
  • We may require an ID photo with your credit card, correct billing address and a signed credit card form. Please ask about wire transfers or other payment methods.
  • We currently collect sales tax for orders delivered in our home state only; sales tax is subject to change and is based on delivery address.
  • We reserve the right to hold orders to allow time for payment clearing.
  • Payments of over 2000.00 paid by wire transfer (or Cash) may be eligible for a 1.5% discount, please ask you Designer for details. Discounts, Coupons and promotions cannot be combined.
